Email and your phone can be used with the scan code. A physical ticket can be used as well. I believe those are mailed before hand.
You can pick up tickets at Disney springs also
If you didn't print them, you can just have them email it to you, and you just go up to the window. They will scan your bar code. After you have the options of getting cards or wrist bands, which are cool, but cost money. Once you are done, you just walk up to the check in line and tap you band or card to enter into the park. After that you shouldn't need you card for that park. Unless you leave and come back, or go to another park, that you had also purchased for. Also don't forget along buying your tickets to make a reservation as well to enter the park.
Once you purchase your tickets, you must register online with the date you want to go , they do this due to the covid regulations, once you have your tickets you present them and they asked you for your ID, they scan the tickets you purchased and they give you a card to access to the park.
They do take a picture when you first go in and when you scan your card each time I think it shows up on pad They are holding
Reserve online, and when you walk up the check-in window they give you a card that gets scanned at the gate of each park. make sure you reserve a couple weeks in advanced to be safe.
The tickets are like little credit cards. U also have to have a park reservation and no ID was required
You need to make a reservation, too. So, you want to check to make sure the park is even available that day before buying tickets. Their COVID regulations require it. Buying tickets doesn't get you in the park without that. Fast pass is not available right now nor is the meal plan. We bought magic bands because our son gets a DAS (disabilities access pass) so that was a lot easier than the access cards. I watched people really struggle to keep up with them. Plus once it's linked, you don't have to go to the ticket counter and all the pictures and reservations are linked right onto it.. If you park hop, you only have to pay one parking price and honestly, premium is worth it as the trams aren't running through the parking lots right now. If you do Florida Resident rates, verify before you go so you can skip all of that nonsense at the park. They do allow food and drinks in the park, temp checks and 100% mandatory masks.
They check tickets for each adults if you bought Florida Resident ones. If just reg adult admission usually they don't check ID'S. But u have to have a reservation for the day
We got cards. You just scan the card at the gate. Our cards were our tickets after prepurchase
They check each ticket
