Can I wear a sports bra to the park or does it have to be a full shirt?

I saw several ladies and young girls wearing them last week. I would suggest a Dry fit t-shirt cause its was hot

I just went last weekend and I didn't see any sports bra worn out, unless you're going swimming! Remember, that's a place where families go to enjoy themselves and not wanting to see half naked women in front of their kids. It will not hurt to put on a tank top if you're that HOT!!
