There are, but if you are going to be there for a few days it is significantly less expensive to rent from an outside vendor like Big Orange Mobility. I rented an ECV for 5 days at the price it would have cost me for 3 days at the park. The only issue is getting it to and from the parks. Make sure it is fully charged before a day at Disney, especially if you get a park hopper ticket. You will be moving a lot and it will drain the batteries.
