I always made my payments over the phone. You get a person assigned to your case, and you make your payments through them over the phone. Initially, I paid with money orders, so check / money order is an option. I believe it was to Schreiber Law, with your account / case number as reference, but you'll want to discuss that with them to be sure. They're very easy to deal with a long as you're acting in good faith to pay what you owe.
