It's always slow

Literally the worst. Had a passport appointment at 9am where they were supposed to take a picture for us. They called us at 8am and told us their camera didn't work. We rushed to go have the picture taken - successfully- but were now 15 minutes late. Alas, they tell us we now need to reschedule the appointment with our toddler where we both need to be present to have it done. Bloated bureaucracy where they couldn't care any less about customer service. Clearly this is their fault but don't care to make it right. One of the only times you actually need to deal with the federal government and it's exactly what you would expect -- Garbage. Orly I think was the name of the person who was making the issue. He's the worst.

Different factors determine that. That depends on where you live in town, or if you have a PO BOX. Also, if you have PO Box in Salem, or North Salem, NH can make a difference.
