I ask for someone and they send me another person. I'm so sick of this!! Call at 8:30 am when they open
They deal with a lot of people. The only person who can handle your bill is the person assigned to it. Ask for them specifically, or just tell them who you are, and they'll put you into the voice-mail of the person you need to reach. Definitely not scam artists.
Same thing happens to me you can't get a hold of anyone I rather just pay it online myself every month
