It depends on your insurance

Thank you for your question Mary! The cost would depend if you have insurance or will be self-pay. If you have insurance: The cost will vary depending on the services that will be provided during your visit. Considering there is no way of knowing what services the provider will perform during your visit, we suggest contacting your insurance company to determine an average cost. If you DO NOT have insurance, the cost to be evaluated by our provider would be $150 (plus additional charges if any procedures or x-rays are required.) Regardless of what services you receive as a self-pay patient the most we will charge for services $250 per visit. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or feel free to contact one of our clinics as they would be happy to assist!

Give your insurance company a call to see what's covered and not... Keep in mind that copay costs are generally less expensive if you go to your primary care provider. But that's just my experience. Good luck!

Average cost without insurance is $150, not including any potential medications.
