Horrible. Unlike any Panera we've visited or any food establishmentfor that matter. Kids grilled cheese wasn't even toasted and the cheese was only partially melted; why did it take so long? Soup was insanely salty. Clearly don't care/ poorly trained/ inadequate management.

There is no set time for meals. They are open 6:30 AM to 9 PM Sunday through Thursday, and 6:30 AM to 10 PM Friday and Saturday

I just purchased a small container of Mac and cheese at hannafords, I have gotten it before, but this time the container was half full of milky liquid then underneath barely a cup of Mac and cheese? Not even enough for a meal?
