You might be able to track it on the DMV web site; Www.ca.dmv..gov. You may want to check your paper work to see if it contains the correct address,or maybe just A little patience.it will arrive before you know it.God bless you & have a bitchin day.

I agree with TAMI. CALL THE #800, then wait until it says ...speak to an agent . Tell the agent what you need..
