Do you just want a new lisc, or the new I'd? You can start the process on line. To simply replace a lisc, bring your old lisc and a bill.
You will also need two address proofs and social security card to get real ID
Just go to the DMV and apply for a new driver's license. Take with you your passport just incase if you need the real I'd.
