Dining room, residents can purchase meals, events like bingo. A van that takes residents on trips. Building is set up for internet but you still have to buy it from ATT or Comcast. Big screen TV in community area. Mostly used during free movie nights. What it does not have is an exercise room, massage, sauna. However, the city bus service stops right outside the front door and the bus transfer center is 2 blocks away.
The amenities are shrinking as new owners just took over. They do have. Community busses that go to Shnucks and/or Aldis but I think they charge 3 dollars. They do have several get togethers and social gatherings and updating the elevators and other things. Downside is they can take forever and fill up quickly. The rent is considered income based but everyone's rent is increasing as their lease ends and some have or increased dramatically.
