Went to AutoZone to get my check engine light, checked out. Told me I needed all new ignition coils. With a V6 and $80 a piece, that's a lot of money. So I went to O'Rilly to get a second opinion. And Nick gave GREAT SERVICE!! Told me I didn't need 6, only one was needed. And didn't try to up charge me, and broke down the AutoZone report. Also have me tips on how to fix up my truck, thank you Nick, I will definitely be coming over to O'Rilly from now on for all my vehicle needs!

I bought a starter for my car from this location with a life warranty i lost the resept And I use my phone number and when they put the number on the system they put a wrong number in the system so after a few months later the starter start acting up so I took it back to get a new 1 because of my warranty my number is not on the system but the guys still remember me and When we check the starter on their machine The starter work but on the car it don't work it's not given the car big power for the car so I told him let me try a new one on the car he said I'm not the boss so I cannot give you a new I went to autozone and bought a new starter the starter work fine on my car I went there to tell him he said don't talk to me get out of my store The boss at the stor he don't have a respect for the customers iwill never go back to the store again
