Although the facility is short staffed, the employees working today (2022 July 7) were helpful and pleasant, even when dealing with impatient customers. Hey, Public Citizen, if you're in a hurry, do not go to a small place at lunchtime because at least one of the few employees will be on their lunch break! If you're in a hurry, first of all get over yourself. Every place of business is short staffed and likely training new staff while serving their clients. I suggest getting in line 30 minutes before the facility opens. I was there at lunchtime for a total of one hour.

Even with there being 5 people in front of me right at opening, I was in and out in 15 minutes for a license renewal. The staff is very friendly and efficient.

No they are still open normal hours
