What are the Covid safety practices like here?

As the store owner I DO choose to personally wear a mask constantly during operating hours. While I would prefer if customers and staff wore them I do not require it. Earlier on in the pandemic we did try and require masking however we had so much blow back and resistance from the public I gave up on it.

Staff wasn't wearing masks or asking customers too when I went recently, and it's a smallish store so social distancing would be difficult.
