I only been here for about two months. The only person I dealt with was Ms. Iris. All of my small issues for the Apt. have been taken care of. All I had to do was make a phone call or stop by the front office. The only issue I am having now is the children upstairs stomping and dragging stuff across the floor. I do understand that they are children and they’re gonna run around, but the stomping and dragging I can’t take. They do this everyday and night. So I left a voice mail for Ms. Iris to please speak to the parents, which I have confidence that she will. Ms. Iris handles a lot in the office and have to handle issues on the complex also. She’s very nice, professional and respectful. She has great customer service skills when speaking to us. I always enjoy talking to her, whenever I do go into the office. Also the maintenance guy Aston is sweet. He responds within a timely matter to fix an issue as soon as Ms. Iris contact him. I don’t know the other lady’s name who works here, that drive the truck, but she’s nice as well. I think I am gonna like it here.

THIS PROPERTY IS THE WORST.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND A DOG TO RESIDE HERE.. THE MANAGEMENT IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND ACT LIKE SHE SLOW.. THE MAINTENANCE MAN THERE IS A LAZY OLD BITTER INDIVIDUAL.. BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY PLEASE!!

I lived here a few months ago. Friendly staff and neighbors are quiet! I do notice the area is getting a little rough, but not as bad as other places. Could be better, could be worse!
