It's a park for families of all ages and sizes. & yes homes are for sale.
It has been said that the pool will be closed until next year
Depends on if you plan on buying or renting. I think they ask for a 1 month security deposit and 1 months rent, about 1200 for a 2 bedroom, not sure about a 3 bedroom. I own mine and pay about 530 for lot rent, water, sewer, and trash.
Yes and very peaceful
What do you mean by broke?
No I am a sub contractor but it is definitely a nicer park for sure
Crime can be bad. Especially on 103rd. However, Deerpointe is on the better end of 103rd. Right down there red from Amazon and Cecil field for work. Deerpointe Mobile home park is fairly nice. One of the nicer. Continental village is very nice off of Collins rd. Tamika Is the manager. Nice new homes.
Lot rent is based on the size of home and goes up every year. Our first year was under $700.00 for lot and a single wide to rent after the 2nd year it was going up to $800.00. If she is wanting to buy, make sure they don't give her a rent first and buy later with rent going to buy. I was told that the rent for the home that I was paying would be taken off the price of the home when I was ready to buy. When I went to try and buy the home, she told me that she never said that. They are extremely strict about how you take care of the lot. They still own that and they make sure it is taken care of the way they want it. If you don't they will take care of it and put it on top of the rent. Water and garbage pickup is also charged on the rent of the lot.
It doesn't do any good calling them. They take there sweet time if any time to fix things. Call the BBB for best results
If you own your Mobile Home there are certain things you can "add on" so long as you have approval and a permit depending on what it may be.
YES, you can move the trailer if YOU OWN IT. The lot rent I believe is between $350.00-$450.00.
From 8 a.m. at 5 p.m.
From 8am-8pm except on Mons. The pool is closed on Mon for detail cleaning
I am very surprise no one has been there to fix it ...hope you have better luck in the next couple of hours or so ...but sorry there has been no one there to fix them
