Our mail lady has some major delivery issues in the Sun Meadow neighborhood. For starters any kind of government documents expect your neighbors to recieve everytime. Then (the neighbors) have no choice but to deliver your mail to you personally. She has been delivering for years in this neighborhood and still just can't get down the addresses plainly on the mailboxes or on the mail. It is a weekly occurrence neighbors are doing her job for her or consistently not receiving mail.. she's so bad at delivering just the regular mail we've had no choice but to sign up on the USPS website so we could check what mail we're supposed to be receiving that day. On top of that she hits curbs & mailboxes like she's playing Mario Cart in real life (pic from video will be attached.) She hit a neighbors mailbox recently and drove off like it was the mailboxes fault. I understand it's been raining for days here lately. But I was shocked to see on camera she was using my package as her personal umbrella. When I received my package water was seeping out of the sides.. so I let it sit in the garage for about an hour before opening it. That still wasn't long enough as you'll see in the pics attached. Her hair was just way more important than any package she was delivering. Not to mention she loves pulling into the driveway like she lives here rummaging through packages for how ever long she wishes. Rain or shine, cars in the driveway or not, people in the cars trying to leave their homes or not. She makes it clear she comes first and needs the quickest convenience so however long it takes her to find items/get everything together.. You'll just have to wait on her. I'm just wondering is there a magical number for how many years of disrespect & entitlement citizens need to go through before there's something actually done or is this just the typical service we should always expect from our postal service?

The lady working behind the counter was very rude and unfriendly. I asked a simple question about getting a receipt for my package that I was mailing and she rudely told me that she could not do that for me.

I've never had a worse experience with an employee in my life. The older lady behind the counter was the most disrespectful person I've ever dealt with. I'm 19 and had never mailed something with the post office before and as soon as she turned the corner she started yelling at me and when I asked what I needed to do she continued to yell at me until I turned around and walked out. I was crying before I even made it to the car. The worst service ever. I will never use this post office again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

They will not answer the phone- ever! It rings and rings and then you get a busy signal. I had a package that said they attempted delivery and could not access my drive or house. I took a photo to show nothing is blocking any access my porch or drive- I am here and no delivery attempt was made- they did not even attempt to get out of their vehicle just put my mail in my box and drove off while entering false details on their end. Nothing is blocking access to my home. Now I have to argue with Amazon for a refund because someone did not want to deliver something heavy and said it was because they could not get to my home. That is simply not true. Unbelievable.If you postpone the delivery fine but don't lie making it hard for me to get a refund.
