I'm so sorry that you have trouble with communication with some of the employees. On the other hand it would be just as hard for Caucasians to understand Spanish. So if we all go to a country that doesn't speak our language then it's our resposibility to try to learn their language. Especially if we choose to live there. I know how frustrated you must feel. I have seen where they are hiring more bilingual employees. This makes it better for everybody. Unfortunately there's never enough. Heck I've tried to ask employees that speak English questions. They act like they could care less and you're bothering them. Not all are this way but that frustrates me. I have many friends that speak different languages. We do our best to try and learn each others language. As for myself I am intrigued and interested about other dialect. It's hard to learn different languages if you don't use them everyday.
