I have noticed both stores are quite understaffed. A few. Times Customer Service was closed early bc they were short handed. You'll notice the same devoted employees are still working,no matter what the circumstances. They really DO care about the people who shop there. We need to all have more patience and understand the employees are working extremely hard and long hours. I have heard,don't know how much truth in this, but ppl can collect unemployment ŕather than work. So many changes since the start of civil. Stay healthy. Stress will effect your health hard.

They don't ever pick up the phone, unless you connect with electronic department. It's frustrating as hell. But it is what it is.

I have called corporate repeatedly even before covid about the phone situation, but they are understaffed now.
I would go in and ask just understand lack of employees be patient I know it's hard sometimes to deal with but it's all about not having enough staff..
I would just go down there and a staff member will meet you at curb side pickup and check the status of your order.
I've got no ideas to help you. They are, (most businesses terribly under staffed. I'd suggest going in and checking.
