I dont know what discount you are looking for ? There is no entrance fee and each store is separate so Disney has nothing to do with it unless you go to the mall and buy something
I don't think so, there is no discount anywhere near by old town. But is nice family environment, but parking space is limited
Old town is a place with lots of small shops.
They give discounts to the cruisers, not sure about any other discounts..
