What seems to be the issue with this park never having the splash Pad open? It's so stressful when my child is looking forward to it and it's never opened

Just called, they said the jets are broken and wont be open for the rest of the summer.

I called a couple days ago and they told me it’s not working and will be closed for 4weeks. It’s been almost 3 months sense it “broke”. Maybe they are lying ?

I went last week was open the park is so nice so clean and all employees really nice
