Yes, when you attend a 10-day course, both meals and accommodation are provided at no charge. After you attend one 10 -day course and become an old student in the tradition, you can serve at the center or attend courses and the center provides meals and accommodation free of charge as well.
Yes if you attend 3 days or 10days course. And if 1st time you have to attend 10days then in future you can go for 1 or 3 days. But forn1 day you get tea/coffee and lunch.
