KMC FTLauderdale is an oasis of calm right here in Lauderdale By the Sea. With all our daily ‘coming and going’ and all the activities we engage in to enjoy our lives, this meditation center encourages us to slow down, be still and most importantly, take simple and practical steps to control our mind. Learning how to ‘change our mind’ from negative to positive is a total game changer! We are so fortunate to have this sweet center in our community!!
