The room was very overpriced the night we stayed. We woke up with horrible allergies from all the pets, and twice could not find anyone at the front desk when we tried to ask for towels. Customer service was not at all helpful with our reservation. I would not have left a review publicly but I did call customer service to give feedback and it was completely blown off. Overall just a very frustrating experience with customer service and the front desk.

Shelves in the bathroom have not been dusted. There is a little bit of pink mold in the shower. Outside of the building and patio area needs to be power washed. Other than the above, everything was great. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean.

Parente Family

This is a nice hotel building with a nice indoor pool, but unfortunately it is not kept up very well. Not sure if they are understaffed, but there was trash around the pool, as well as around other common areas. I hope they hire the right people to keep up with the daily cleaning. Breakfast was good and the location of the hotel as well.

Leira Isom

As I walked in, was exceptional clean, and looked to comfortable have a comfortable atmosphere. I was looking forward to a nice stay, but the receptionist had a little bit of a sassy attitude. I understand about the lack of employees in these times, but don't just hire anyone off of the street either.
