Yes, and they are side by side. There is a common area entrance, to the left is for dogs under 30 pounds & on the right is for dogs over 30 pounds. The big dog area is larger and has personal time out areas, but the small dog side is a nice size. Hope this helps!
Not that I've noticed. If there is separation, it's only a tiny area at the front of the park
