Not even a star , this place is completely abandoned more than half machines down and the place is literally running by kids and they don’t care about anything . Was our first time here and never again, the stuff is the worse

I don’t know how this place has 4 stars after my visit there yesterday. Very disappointed and will not go back. The facility looks like it is falling apart and there is no up keep. Big center pirate ship inflatable was not working. Multiple arcade games were out of order. Leaks in the roof with buckets to catch the water and invisible stains on the carpet from water leaks. The staff is overwhelmed or bored and not energetic to be working in a kids play place. We purchased the most expensive birthday party package that is 2 hrs in a party room with a party host. We arrived early, thankfully because it took 20 min just to check in and pay our balance because only the manager can do it and we had to wait for manager to turn on the TVs. While I’m paying the balance the manager is complaining to another employee that he doesn’t even have a cook?!?! Umm my package included pizza, but I guess someone showed up. The room was not set up. It was suppose to include the balloons when I asked 30mim into the party where were are the balloons the party host was not aware that the package included balloons and the manager had to inform her of this. Half the balloons arrived 1 hr into the party and when the other half arrived she just handed them to me and asked me if I still wanted them because there was no where to put them. There was plenty of options. I did not customize this party package, if they offer balloons they should know what to do with them. So 1 hr into the party I’m decorating the room when they say that’s what the party host is for. The party favor bags and arcade cards did not arrive until 1 hr into the party and were just set on a table and no one told me. A guest had to ask me what the cards on the table we’re for. The party room has no music and is hot. Definitely not a party atmosphere. The party host and Monkey Joe seemed bored and not energetic to entertain the kids. Overall not what I expected and very disappointed.
