Does parking cost anything & do they have helium to blow up balloons for the parties at the Orlando location?

Not sure about helium but you will use the free parking garage and then walk to the location. Its basically right outside the parking garage.

Parking is included with parties. It’s $1.99 to park there, other than parties. They do have helium.
