Thank you Greg. You are correct they filmed on location at Parkside Market featuring the CAB and the Tex Mex. Then came over to the Vineyard and took some footage of Waterside Market.
I think it was 'By hand and by fork' and was for the sister restaurant Parkside Market. It featured the Cab sandwich which is the same one they serve at waterside market.
