Worst experience ever!!! Not sure what her name is because she never told me but she did tell me that she is 82. I guess thats why she has the right to call me f---- stupid after parking my van where she directed me to back it up for her. Sad. I had to pick up a sander that my job rented for me.Wish I didnt have to go back and deal with her

The owner (Sandra) is the rudest person I've ever interacted with. We used them for our wedding and felt hostage over the cost versus the services we received. There is no transparency to the full cost and when trying to ask any questions I was threatened with being sued.!!!!!! Never again! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The worst customer service I have ever received. We are planning our wedding on the island and our venue used Tilton for the tent rental portion. I am very disturbed by the way Sue handled our situation and would never recommend anyone to use this company. Sue was very rude and abrupt on the phone and would not listen to anything I was saying. Its unfortunate that I even feel the need to write this review but no one should have to go through this and deal with these horrible people. Sue actually denied my rental and told me to go elsewhere followed by CLICK. Save your time and energy and go somewhere else.
