Hardest is climb steps short trip no steps
there was no pain on my back, or my girlfriends. she has back problems but her doctor told her it would be fine if she wanted to try it. and she loved it with no issues.
Actually ziplining will not put any discomfort on your back. There are some short hikes and stairways, but otherwise almost litte to none for impact.
No its not hard on your back, the time I felt a little pressure on my back, was when they strap you on the cord to zip down, but its not much. And I'm short so that's the only reason I felt anything. And even if you are, they will let you know you can stand on your tipppy toes. I never felt any pressure. I hope this helps.
I agree with everyone else. I think c/w doctor and it should be ok. Enjoy!
Should not be a problem
The oldest zip liner was 91, and he said he loves it. That was just lAter month.
Only the hiking between the points of departure. If hiking doesn't hurt you then you'll absolutely love it. I have back discomfort most of the day usually, butno pain while flying thru the air. The adrenaline rush maybe is what does it.
I'm 58 and my bf is 62 and we didn't have any issues. I do recommend you consult your Dr. before going.
What speed does the average person zip down the zipline and how high is the highest zipline?
It doesn't have to be. Do some stretching before hand. The harnesses and Zipline and gears do all the work.
