My husband and I made arrangements years ago for his cremation and mine, we paid in full, cash. Then we were told after the fact that we had not paid for our urns. So we entered into an agreement and made monthly payments. When that was paid we thought we were all set. But not true, after my husband died the funeral parlor hits me with an additional charge of 1,000.00 to pay for the rights to open the ground to lay my husband to rest in the prepaid plot we had agreed on. My husband passed away in 2021. I had to enter into another agreement to pay monthly for this. It took me a year and a half in order to pay in full. I just got to put him in the ground last month. I think it is deplorable that all of these hidden things, such as the urns and the rights to open the ground were not included in the initial prepaid cremation package. If it had been, we could have paid it all at once and then I would not have been strapped for the last year and a half and my husband could have been laid to rest at time of his passing instead of waiting for the next year and a half. People should be advised of these extra expenses when they make their initial prepaid cremation packages!!!!!!

I highly recommend this funeral home. My family purchased a memorial service package which eliminated the stress of the funeral expenses. The package included everything required for the arrangement of the funeral. And, the funeral service, pictures and slideshow were above our expectations. A special thank you to Marnie who guided my family through the entire process. She even made her self available after hours whenever necessary. The staff of the funeral home handled the entire process with absolute professionalism.
