Yes. My husband and I are over 70 and just went. We did the shortened course. After we thought we should have done the full one. We were fine 😁

They have slow and fast courses for all age groups, the last time I went and 85 year old was in my group.

The oldest they've had was 96 years old.

As long as you're good health I don't foresee any problems
