I have been trying to call their number to ask a question, and no one answers. I call early as soon as they open and throughout the day and no one answers. Does anyone else have a problem calling them?

I've never called but I will say if you purchase their membership I think it's called Landry's membership you can get in right away you don't have to wait in line we use ours all the time and I highly recommend it!! You can earn rewards money on your first dinner I think it is for second dinner a birthday reward and first seatings

Sorry to hear - it is super busy there. I'd try the chat feature with Disney experience app if you can't stop in.

The wait times for this place are gigantic. The lines are a mile long from the second they open. I wouldn't doubt that they're just ignoring the phone because their too busy to answer it.

They have a lot of numbers when you look them up I tried them all the 1 from Google work but they were so busy walk-ins had a three and a half five hour wait reservations were hard to get they stop taking them at like 4 in the afternoon and it took me three and a half hours on the phone to get in to talk to somebody

We got them to answer last night, but they couldn't tell us anything about the wait. We had to go in. But we were able to be seated right away. It was also fairly late. I would imagine during peak times they can't answer the phone.

I doubt they answer their phones. As other's have said, I would use the app
