Do they take reservations? I called and called and called and no one bothered to answer.. Is this the expectation of lack of service I will be walking into?

They do take reservations, I recommend setting them several weeks in advance, always asked to sit in the cave!

Yes they do take reservations, but everytime we go at Disney Springs we just walkin to check-in,they ask for your cell phone so they can notify you when your table is ready, but the wait is more than an hour. But is worth the wait. Because the food is very delicious. Plus the key lime pie is really good. 😋 Addition the waitress who serve us was very friendly and attentive. We never had any bad experiences they pay attention to our drinks they make sure our glasses are filled. We love that. Offcourse they deserve a good tips. Thank you Disney

Sign up for a Landry's select club card wait time was 2 hours but when I showed my card our wait time was 20 minutes
