I would suggest any of the kabobs of lamb, chicken or pork. Skewered meats with peppers and onions. They have wonderful Greek salads,just a taste of the potato salad underneath or omit all together. Quite a few seafood dishes prepared that are lower in carbs than most dishes. Desserts...any you pick should include a nice walk afterwards to burn those carbs away.

Similar to previous answers, I would recommend chicken, beef or lamb dishes, and hold the pita bread..... Along with holding the fresh bread that is brought to the table. And definitely stay away from desserts next door......if you can. Or, save up a couple "cheat days", then go enjoy incredibly wonderful Greek desserts.
