Hellas has cannoli's regular size, mini, and chocolate dipped. #localguide tip: if its not busy ask if they have any ice cream cannolis in the back. They only make a limited number per day and only for the locals that know to ask.

I would suggest any of the kabobs of lamb, chicken or pork. Skewered meats with peppers and onions. They have wonderful Greek salads,just a taste of the potato salad underneath or omit all together. Quite a few seafood dishes prepared that are lower in carbs than most dishes. Desserts...any you pick should include a nice walk afterwards to burn those carbs away.

Within walking distance is, of course, debatable. You can call Cottage by the Water With Boat Dock. (Or Google it) very good reviews. Many say "close" to Sponge Docks. They have bikes you can ride to the docks. No hotels within walking distance that I know of.

That was not my experience at all. Maybe you caught them on a bad day, or possibly a cultural difference? I've been there several times and service is always with a smile and they've always been helpful.

They have a very professional mature staff that is always first class. I can't imagine why. I believe you should call and give particulars to the management if you feel that way.

This is a resturant, so please if your dog is not a service dog, please don't bring them. Understand other people may have alergies plus the establishments is under health and safety laws. There is a patio section where they are likely able to accommodate pets, but it is best to call ahead first.
