Not good. I'm not a fan of Greek food but came with a group and they wanted Greek food at the sponge docks. I ordered chicken tenders and fries for $14.95. These were the worst chicken tenders I've ever had in a sit down restaurant. Very similar to McDonald's chicken nuggets. Fries were mediocre. Best thing about the experience was the cheese appetizer that they light on fire at the table. Nevertheless, I have no reason set foot in this establishment ever again.

This is probably one of my favorite reviews I will ever get to give. This restaurant was top shelf from the moment we walked in the door. We were met by one of the two male waiters who were extremely thorough in their service. Our food was excellent and the owner came out and talked to us for a few minutes as well. Such a great experience! I had a gyro and my wife had the scallops. The salads were on point and the entire meal was absolutely great quality and came out very timely. We will definitely be going back for the experience again. It was an hour ride to go down there and check out the sponge docks. We had no idea we were going to find us a new favorite place and we intend on getting back there sooner than later. I wish all businesses handled people the way this place did.

Yianni's used to be my spouse and I's favorite place to go! Over the course of the last let's say 6 months or so we have been there about 3 times. I am not sure if it recently switched ownership or is under new management but they have had some menu changes - taking my favorite meal, the fried clams, off the menu along with other items. I have tried a few new dishes which were not really up to par. The service has not been as incredible as it once was either. Unfortunately I don't think we will go to Yianni's the next time we visit Tarpon springs. It seems we will be trying out some new places. A bit disappointed ☹️

If you're looking for authentic Greek food, this is one of the best Greek restaurants in Tarpon Springs! Take it from a Greek, this is where you want to eat and then walk the sponge docks.
