older bikes will get wiring failures at the steering head bearing area due to turning the bike bends the wires there.
Lakeland HD has been pretty solid over the years.
If you bought from them take it back. Xtech in winter haven are pretty good with HD
Just don't take it to Lakeland Harley it will cost you $500 to find out
Not sure but would highly recommend taking it to the Lakeland HD service dept, they are awesome
Could be a restriction in your fuel line. Could be a restriction at the petcock filter. Could be the float hanging up.
