They have one on the casino level but it is very rarely manned. You can however check it at the Bell desk Thursday through Sunday.
Yes I saw a coat check area
If you park downstairs in the garage you can leave your coat there. I dont think I've ever noticed an actual coat check there but could be wrong. Casino is chilly. Might want to have it with you anyway.
With covid-19. Probably best to hold your own coat
