The prices are a bit high for most but you'll be lucky to find a more elaborate Casino on the east coast. Very friendly staff of employees, beautiful architecture, with very well designed gardens through the hotel and casino. Even if you don't plan on gambling there is plenty to do for a weekend getaway. Excellent service and very clean beautiful building. Staff are very helpful when able to find someone. Ordering drinks sitting at a slot machine can be like hailing a cab in NY city. But the drinks are complimentary, the staff are polite and helpful. I actually hit 2 jackpots this last time there. so you can win! On the 3rd day, leaving our complimentary hotel room provided by the Wynn rewards, we went out to our car and it would not start. Not pointing any fingers 👉👫 but the map lights were left on and our battery was dead. To make a long storey short. The staff were extremely helpful in all departments. The transportation department was able to bring my girlfriend and I to a parts store, via shuttle. I purchased a jump pack and jump started our battery. AAA would have been much easier but we would have missed our little adventure. All in all 5 stars! Great food, excellent staff, and the rewards make it very affordable for anyone.

Stayed here for a week to celebrate seeing a treasured friend for the first time in nine years. I was absolutely floored by this pristine and beautiful resort. The valet service was prompt and attentive. Check-in was painless and they had no problem when I had to change my reservation slightly.
I'm disabled, and I greatly appreciated that a bellhop proper loaded my bags up and helped me up to my room.
The room was gorgeous, clean, and well designed. I thought the Alexa was a little silly at first but by the end of the week, I basically only used voice commands. The bathroom was the most lovely bathroom I've ever had in a hotel, and we used the tub almost every day.
The resort was fantastic. In addition to the casino there were tons of good dining options, a fitness center, a salon, a spa. The Dunkin on site was perfect for morning coffee.
Next time I come to Boston, I am definitely staying again!

This casino is absolutely gorgeous! I've been to many casinos all over the country and in my eyes this easily compares to the best of them.
I only visited for a few hours, but was impressed with the size, layout and offerings found here. Lots of table games (they were packed so the limits were a bit high for me) tons of slots, a sports book and bar and several restaurants from quick service to fine dining.
Parking was free (apparently that was a point of contention for a while?) and plentiful in the garage below the casino with elevators straight to the casino. It was refreshing to be in a non-smoking casino---that was a first for me.
Service seemed to be easy to find, though I don't drink so I didn't need a server for anything. I did see them walking by quite a bit, and several asked if I needed anything.
Now I did get the luckiest I've ever been in my life with slots--which is not the norm by any means, so it helps that I left way up, but as always I started with a budget. If you're going to gamble be smart, plan on losing and never gamble more than you can afford to lose. Have fun! Should be easy in such a nice place!

Still only shuttle service and only from station landing to resort and back for the time being , informed us that soon you be able to take shuttle from Wellington station as well , those who take train , best way is to sullivan and either walk 10 min. or take bus 104 or 109 which passes right in front of hotel because in the morning shuttle can get stuck in traffic taking you 30-45 mins to reach hotel

There are multiple shuttle boats that will be going back and forth from Encore resort to Boston waterfront and vice versa on a regular basis especially summer time
There's just pop style music playing inside and outside. I did see a poster of shows to come but i did not see any live entertainment playing anywhere.

It is in Everett. So depending where in Boston maybe 15 minutes tops. Train goes to Chelsea station and then you can walk over or taxi to market basket parking lot 10 minute walk, and catch the shuttlebus over by the bus stop. Indoors, no. Like most establishments in the area, the Encore is smoke free. There are designated areas outside for smoking (not in front of the doors).
I didnt see bingo, but they do have multiple table games, card games etc..

They don't include the tip, you can use comps to pay for the meal (but not for tipping obviously) they have salmon, crab legs, oysters Rockefeller, pizza, general gao chicken, lo mein, penne with vodka sauce, cookies, cheesecake, carrot cake, pecan tarts, lemon tarts, tapioca, a carving station with turkey, roast beef, chicken, also fried chicken, Italian sausage, and that's all I can think of right now..lol, I think the cost can go up as high as $45 on the weekends. It comes out to just a little over $40 with tax on the weekdays

I can't tell you the difference all I know is if you get points that leads to a free night at the casino hotel.
Best way to find out is call. Or see if there is a nearby place like Wal-Mart and call to ask if you can park there. Easiest would be call the Chelsea market basket where the casino bus shuttle comes to and ask to park there, and then you can drink, and get shuttled back and forth.
Depends on what table games you play. I've seen some $15 or $25 tables the last time I went but not many. The table minimums won't be going down anytime soon. Heard that they will eventually go down as low as $5 though.

No, since Foxwoods is much older they have been able to expand quite a lot over the years. But the Encore is by no means small, only Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun are bigger, Encore is much larger than all the other casinos in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

There will be a restaurant called Sinatra , it will be Sinatra themed interior , designed to look like a luxurious restaurant from years of Sinatra with a modern or contemporary twist , had the pleasure of seeing it and its breathtakingly beautiful inside eventhough it wasnt completely finished yet , another will be a very high end Japanese restaurant , one that is classic fine dining , one burger bar featuring some comfort foods , oyster bar and some others

We were told employees will be allowed to visit the game floor and play but ofcourse on your own free time not while working or on lunch break however exact rules regarding this will be given to us shortly
As far as I understand it only guests will be able to park at the property , employees can use the garage at station landing and catch the shuttle right there or park at Wellington then walk across air bridge to station landing to get on shuttle , best is to take orange line to sullivan and its only a 10 min walk to resort from there or take bus 104 or109 which stops right in front of hotel
