This place is horrid. They don’t do the basic rules of braiding, like asking for middle part or side. I honestly believe them being racist. They tried to overcharge me. They were being disrespectful and rude. They switched me off to three different braiders and continued to put the blame on me. I will never be coming back here. I don’t advise anyone else should too.

THEY TOLD ME to come in at 11am and when I did they told me to GO HOME because they are to busy(unprofessional) 0 STARS TERRIBLE!!!!! And even worse customer service (Salon hairapy in Malden )is100x better for your money and your hair it’s Also a 10 min drive away from this horrible place
