As Jason Komyashy and Jim Mooney said, dogs are allowed on the beach from the day after Labor Day to the day before Memorial Day, so right now, yes. There's a $50 fine for not picking up after them (the so-called Scooper Law). From Memorial Day to Labor Day, Red River is the only town beach that permits dogs, and then only in the parking lot from dawn to 9 AM and 4:30 PM to dusk. No other town beaches allow dogs on the beach, which includes the parking lots, dunes, and water.
Dogs are only allowed on Bank Street beach during the off-season. So from Labor Day to Memorial Day, Fido is good to go.
Off season (now), yes.
