Closed off when I was there... Feb. 2nd.
Alligator alley past the observation deck is permanently closed. Called up there 2 months ago and asked then just recently visited the park last week and asked again. The flooding from the hurricane washed away most of the trail and what is left is very unstable and they will not be fixing it at least no time in the near future due to trying to fix it would actually destroy the environment even more.
A small part Alligator Alley is open (from Shady Oak to the pier), but the rest is still closed (as of Feb 3). The rest of the trails are all open.

I was told Only part open but its being reviewed to see if it is feasible to reopen
