Mostly walking, few bike and some take shuttle tours.
Walking but you can call and schedule a guided tour with a open shuttle. We loved our guided tour, its about 1 1/2 hrs long, great for younger kids or anyone who cant get out a hike around but still wants to see the wildlife.

They are all walking can also ride bikes too. Don't ride the gators I know it's tempting.
