How far is the way from parking to a decent area to fish. Wife is disabled so we can't walk a mile to get to a lake. Didn't know how far of a walk it would be to fish the lake there .

The lake is a little bit of a walk. It's not a mile but I believe it is half a mile back. I would call the park department I believe Scott is right there is no fishing on that land.

As far as I am aware there is no fishing allowed on the park grounds.
