Last time I went, I saw all types of wildlife: the biggest vulture I ever saw(lucky they are scared of humans),a raccoon that decide to walk the trail broad daylight with us,and family behind us,alligators all along the trail,and in the water. I think I do remember seeing something about no dogs allowed because they are food to alligators.But they do have a website u want to double check.

I don't know the official answer, but there are 13' alligators and wild boars that walk freely through the land. I wouldn't bring my dog in consideration of her own safety.
