The trails are not paved, so it would be a bumpy ride.
Rabbit run especially isn't due to the many roots. I wouldn't think windmill is smooth enough. I think some may be very challenging. I've seen people with scooters though
There is a short paved trail. But, most trails are packed sand/grass. They are all fairly flat not really any hills.
