Is there any eay to reach anyone at Ikea. Put on hold for almost 2 hours. Can't call actual store. Product is clearly mismanufactured & won't assemble properly. Ridiculous. Spent 7 hours on this.

Calling Ikea just brings you to the main number as you noticed. The best thing to do is just take it back to the store, and they will fix or replace it there.
