No one under 11 has to wear a mask. No one can be arrested for not wearing a mask.
it is posted at Food Lion Roy Cooper a sound into bill or whatever it is and I've been told that people will be arrested I don't know but I've been in places when I forgot my mask and no one said a word to me I'm sure after a while and everybody knows the rule they all make sure they wear it so they don't have to go to jail I think it's ridiculous but that's the way it goes
