Can you park close by and go on the grounds for Milky Way photos and around midnight ? This is after the posted closing hours.

Park hours are Sunday through Saturday 7am to 10pm

It posts a 10PM closing time, so I’m curious if you noted and fences that could be swung across the road when closed.
